Organic Colon Tea 3oz  

Ingredients: *Cascara Segrada, *Buckthorn, *Licorice, *Organic

Instructions: Place 1 tsp of herbs and 1 c of water in a small saucepan and gently simmer with a lid on for 30 minutes.  Remove from heat and let cool.  Strain and discard herbs.  Keep in the refrigerator and rewarm 1/3 c and drink before bed on an empty stomach. Irregularity Going 1x or less a day, drink 1/2 c before bed. Going 1x every 2 days, 1 c before bed.  Going 1x every 3 days, 1 c at lunch and 1 c before bed.  

Do not take if you have high blood pressure.
